Writing down your weight from your scale is obviously a manual process and it’s tedious. My favorite new software tool is DailyBurn. In January 2007 I had a resolution to lose weight and I didn’t want to do it through some crash diet like Atkins that I felt wasn’t sustainable for me. We’ll see.
