StageBloc was based in Chicago, and offered up online tools that help musicians, artists, and influencers engage with their fans, send emails, post content, sell tickets, and otherwise interact with their fans. StageBloc was founded by Tom Giles, Josh Holat and JD Hartley.

It's all about post-acquisition, and having a great relationship with our users for the length of the term.

We've been quite active, and have had a bunch of acquisitions lately -- including Internet Brands and MySpace -- a total of over 2 billion in acquisition in Southern California. You just have to have an iron stomach to deal with the time it takes to get things done with Hollywood. We really believe in the market.
