BlueCava Gets $13M For Ad Technology

According to the company, the second round of funding came from S3 Ventures, Performance Edge Partners and Zeitgeist Capital. The company also said it has appointed Phil Myers as Executive Chairman--Myers was previously CEO of StoredIQ (also backed by S3), and also served at Cyclone Commerce, SalesLogix, and other firms.

Nirvanix Shuts Down, Gives Mere Two Weeks To Customers
