Los Angeles-based the Rubicon Project , the online ad optimization service for online publishers, said today that it has named Jay Sears as SVP Marketplace Development, and Jeremy Fain as Vice President Client Services. Sears was most recently at PulsePoint, and Fain was at CBS Interactive.
