When I was listening, I made a point to try to do that, but when I did, I found I had to go to twenty sites to find the information I needed--whether that was to write a letter, send an email, or whatever.

They attract over 70 million people a month (just in the US), and by most accounts are still one of the 10 most popular sites in the world.
