People welcomed us with open arms, and always wanted us to co-invest, because they didn't see us as competitive. They think I live in Hollywood, but there's Santa Monica, Venice, Echo Park, Silverlake, there's a scene downtown, I can go for a walk in the hills, I can go take a walk on the beach, there is just so much going on.
