With the trend to higher technology needs and the youth who are involved in the development of new technology, it is no longer unusual to walk into a board meeting and see a CTO in his early 40s. If both of you are experts at software development, even though one loves design and the other loves coding, that still won’t get the marketing done. Passion for what they do. No historical baggage.
