Cylance Secures $42M

Irvine-based antivirus software developer Cylance has raised $42M in a Series C funding, the company said last week. The funding was led by DFJ Growth, and also included KKR, Dell Ventures, Capital One Ventures and TenEleven Ventures. Cylance is led by former McAfee Global CTO Stuart McClure.
