Culver City-based DataScience.com , a developer of data science software led by serial entrepreneur Ian Swanson, has been acquired by Oracle , the companies said on Wednesday. The exit is the second big one for Swanson, who sold his last startup, Sometrics, a virtual currency monetization platform, to American Express in 2011.
