There's a new Michigan State University study that came out earlier this year, which says that in only five years, a third of the U.S. They understand plumbing codes, materials, and understand plumbers, and have access to a network of plumbers.

According to a study of 1700 CEOs last year, only 60% of companies today use social media for marketing, and only 12% of those feel that they are using it effectively. Currently, social media is the least used of all customer interaction methods. Start social networking with peers. What’s the problem?
