I've recently received several emails from people looking for a technical cofounder for their startup. Here's an example of that kind of email. The bad news is that Finding Developers is Tough Here in Los Angeles and even people willing to pay have a hard time finding Web Development in Los Angeles.

Of course, a lot of that time was spent convincing people that the Internet was going to grow, and therefore there was going to be a need to make it easy for people to find content and sites on the Internet.
