Dear Media is led by CEO Michael Bosstick, and the company was co-founded with Raina Penchansky. The funding came from private equity investor Magnet Companies.

Los Angeles-based livestreaming and podcasting company LiveXLive Media announced this morning that it has acquired Gramaphone Media, an artist and brand development company which was founded and is led by Eshy Gazit. Financial details of the acquisition were not announced. The business will continue to be led by Gazit.
