CapLinked Adds $1M, New Investors In Funding Round

The new funding came from Subtraction Capital, FF Angel, 500 Startups, and other investors. The startup--which is led by PayPal veteran Erik M. CapLinked develops an online, cloud-based platform used to manage due diligence and deal documents, and which competes against deal room management software. That funding was worth $3M.
