You can’t replace this stuff with Java. And I’m also funding a new breed of entrepreneurs bringing tool sets to this new Hollywood ecosystem that has developed. It requires writers, actors, film crews, lighting, costume & set designs, make-up artists, post production, sound, editors and so on.

The basic conclusion was that it was a bit premature if you were talking about a serious, funded start-up. PIM based on Java that would be up-to-date on all your devices. Server and client in Java. Exhibit market awareness and a drive to win. Later renamed Java, it now runs a world of devices. While entrepreneurs may shop their idea to, on average, forty investors before getting funding, internal innovators really have only one option – their employer. Understand and able to negotiate internal politics.

We're not yet marketing or selling direct to advertisers, because we're really focused on growing and honing our platform. But, there are not many funded players in the space. A very small amount of those sites have had funding, but there are certainly websites about lists. Most of that funding is going towards staffing up.

People can now add notes to the board – using Twitter, SMS, Rich web, WAP, Android and Java supported devices.
