Los Angeles-based Hulu said last night that its Hulu Plus service is headed to Android mobile phones, and also to Vizio's HDTV platform. According to Hulu CEO Jason Kilar at CES last yesterday, Hulu is looking to bring Hulu Plus to Android phones running Android OS 2.2
