I later switched to MyFitnessPal because after I sorted out the psychology it was easier to log what I was eating and keep a daily food journal. If you want to lose weight or become more fit then “I don’t want to keep a food journal” is the equivalent of “I don’t really want to know when I’m making bad decisions.” I did this for years.
