Wilcon said its network now connects Los Angeles, Burbank, Pasadena, Santa Monica, Woodland Hills, Thousand Oaks, Santa Clarita, Long Beach, Irvine, Riverside, Carlsbad and San Diego. Wilcon said it was supported in the deal by Pamlico Capital; financial details of that backing was also not announced.
