Thousand Oaks-based Teledyne Technologies has acquired Carlsbad-based Oceanscience Group Ltd. , a developer of unmanned marine vehicles and sensor platforms. Teledyne Technologies said the buy will help add unmanned surface vessels to its line of marine products. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed.
