NBC apparently agreed to sell the domain, based on emails included in the lawsuit, but then backed out at the last minute on the sale.

Ventures , the Internet marketing and publishing firm headed by Ben Padnos, has sued domain name broker Sedo , over the firm's role in a mishandled sale of the domain names Women.com and Women.net. DONE claims that NBC agreed to sell the two domains via Sedo, but backed out in the last minute on the sale. According to DONE!
