We had over 30 pitches and classic SUW team voting that followed, resulting in the final 12 most popular ideas. I’ve been a serial entrepreneur since I was in high-school and the internet was just getting started in 1996, but it wasn’t until I pitched an idea here at LASW that I really understood the power of community and team.

At the tender age of 15, Tanz teamed up with his friend Michael Schneider (the CEO of MobileRoadie ), to create the design firm Fluid Design. Tanz has been featured in Entrepreneur Magazine “Young Millionaires of 2011 Special Report.” from Carnegie Mellon University. The old media companies were resistant to change.

I'm also an entertainment and music writer. The idea came from a real need of my wife and I, right after our daughter was born. My wife is an illustrator and graphic designer, and she built the brand. In May of 2011, we finally got a delivery, after two months of doing that. How to execute it is what is important.
