A good overall example is the synergy between Google co-founders Sergey Brin and Larry Page, as well as long-time Executive Chairman Eric Schmidt. All partners have compatible work styles.

If you team with a partner who likes sleep until late morning, and reserves the weekend for other activities, the partnership will likely not work. Common vision and commitment. Level of integrity.
