Rubicon Project Buys RTK.io

Los Angeles-based advertising exchange operator Rubicon Project said this morning that it has acquired RTK.io , a developer of open source, header bidding solutions for publishers. Rubicon says that RTK's solutions are build on the same, open source framework as its own, Demand Manager product portfolio, Prebid.
