For example, if you see a TV spot for Toyota, and then Google it, or you see a display ad on CNN and then open up a tab in your browser, talk about it on Facebook, or even walk into the dealership, we're able to quantify, very specifically, what combination of what kinds of media drove that sale and how that activity interacted with each other.

There is lots of competition in this area for serving retirement homes. Elizabeth Amini: My first company was in graphic design, and provide both graphics for the entertainment industry, but also buildling websites for UCLA and all kinds of places around science, astrophysics, and those types of departments.

Let me use LA as an example. We have world-class universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and more. Many of the Valley tech firms saw advertising as “beneath them&# and many VCs in the first boom encouraged people to focus on eyeballs rather than dollars. So can you really build a great tech firm outside of Silicon Valley?
