One of the side effects of the war over Flash, has been with advertisers--particularly in Hollywood--who rely on Flash to help display their advertising banners and video to users. Matt Cooper: What we're really trying to do, is reshape the advertising space. HTML will get you modern browsers, but won't work on old browsers.

Santa Monica-based rich media advertising technology developer Jetpack is expanding in New York, saying this week that it has opened up a new office New York City, and hired a new VP in the location. Jetpack develops advertising technology which is used to help publishers deliver advertising using HTML5, responsive and other tools.

So, for the last year or so, we've been building a service which is designer oriented, which has the same power and flexibility of our current developer tool, but you don't have to know HTML code to use it.

The result of web design are static pages as graphics or HTML. Craigslist - He also considered advertising on Craigslist, but again was concerned about quality. And he’s right there’s a big difference. Web design typically refers to the process of interface design and graphic design.

Rahul Sonnad: It runs on iPhone, Google Android, and will be running on a netbook with a major OEM this April, and in the near future you'd expect it to run on HTML alone.
