Network router and wireless equipment provider Linksys , which has been part of Cisco since 2003, is now back in Southern California hands, after Playa Vista-based computer accessory maker Belkin said it has completed its acquisition of the company. Newport Beach-based Miven Venture Partners , the private investment arm of Linksys founder Victor Tsao, has scored an exit in one of its portfolio companies, A10 Networks , after that company''s successful IPO this morning. Miven had invested in A10 Networks way back in 2006, as part of a Series B funding round for the company.
