Amazon Expands Tech Hub In San Diego

Online e-commerce giant Amazon announced this morning that it is expanding at its "tech hub" in San Diego, and plans to create 300 new high tech jobs at the location. The company says the new office is at Campus Pointe in the University Town Center neighborhood. The new San Diego office is led by General Manager Nate Wiger.

Chronos Tech Names CEO

San Diego-based Chronos Tech said this week that it has named Ali Farhang as CEO of the company. Farhang also will join the company's board of directors. Chronos Tech is developing technology for systems-on-a-chip (SoC) in the cloud computing, AI, mobile, automotive, and other areas.
