In my experience, developers can be so committed to a technology, such as hydrogen engines for cars, such that they may be unwilling to change as the business pivots for market reasons. None of us can be accountable if we don’t know what is expected, or don’t have the required tools or training. Don’t pretend or actually be the victim.
