Please be able to provide me with a few specific examples of different types of customers, what they need, what the system will do for them. What about reporting and moderation? Do you need to provide RSS? Reporting - What needs to be reported?

They also had a segment of customers that we hadn't been successful with - (I was there) to really learn. I am so glad I took that approach, because I am now reporting to the President of Dotomi, (who) was recently promoted to the COO of ValueClick. When we get in front of customers, it's about having that conviction.
