Jetpack said it has named Jeremy Carlin as Vice President, Business Development, to head up the company's East Coast operations.

We had to develop whole frameworks of “middleware” to deal with this problem. When web browsers (the programs that can read and interpret HTML) were popularized they were “dumb.”
