The new product can be put on top of spaghetti, all covered with cheese , and comes pre-spiced with a blend of Italian spices, according to a company statement.

Fountain Valley-based HyperX , the developer of gaming accessories which is part of Kington Technology, says it has launched a new set of eyewear specifically for "blue light blocking". According to HyperX, its new collection of eyewear is aimed at gamers, students, and professionals, to help reduce eyestrain by blocking blue light. The company says its glasses provide both blue light and UV protection.

Irvine-based Novus Therapeutics , a developer of antibodies for organ and cellular transplantation, autoimmune diseases, and neurodegenerative diseases, has acquired Anelixis Therapeutics , the company said on Monday. According to Novus Therapeutics, the acquisition was structured as a stock-for-stock transaciton, where all of Anelixis' outstanding equity interests were exchanged in a merger for a combination of shares of Novus common stock and shares of Preferred Stock.

San Diego-based Escient Pharmaceuticals , which is developing treatments for mast cell-related diseases, said on Monday that it has raised $77.5M in a Series B funding round. According to the company, the funding round was led by Sanofi Ventures and Cowen Healthcare Investments and included new investors Redmile Group and Perceptive Advisors. El Segundo-based plant-based meat company Beyond Meat says it has rolled out a new product, Beyond Meatballs , at grocery stores nationwide. The company says its meatballs--which are pre-seasoned with Italian spices--are ready to cook, and will be available at Whole Foods Market, Stop & Shop, Sprouts, Harris Teeter, Kroger, Albertsons, and others by early October.

Los Angeles-based cloud identity management software developer Saviynt says it saw record growth during the first half of 2020--despite the pandemic--saying it saw a 48 percent growth in recurring revenue. Actual financials for the privately held company were not announced. Saviynt says it has also expanded the number of employees at the company by 30%.

Santa Monica-based GoodRx , a developer of a digital healthcare and prescriptions service, has set an IPO pricing range of between $24.00 and $28.00 per share. The company is looking to raise as much as $1.1 billion through its IPO on the NASDAQ Global Select Market. GoodRx has filed to trade as GDRX. According to the company, it is looking to sell 39,807,691 shares of its common stock in the IPO.

Irvine-based CoreLogic says it has received an "unsolicited proposal" to acquire the company. According to the company, Senator Investment Group LP and Cannae Holdings Inc. have proposed to acquire all outstanding common shares of CoreLogic for $66.00 per share in cash. CoreLogic--which provides property information and data for the real estate industry--says its board of directors "will carefully review the revised proposal with the assistance of financial and legal advisors".
