The retail channel is dominated by Ticketmaster and Telecharge and Outbox, and a whole bunch of others. In summary, there are three channels - you can pay retail by going to a Ticketmaster. That background is unique, in that I'm not only an industry expert but an entrepreneur. That's the same thing that we do.

When you use something like Eventbrite, or Ticketmaster, it doesn't matter who is buying that ticket�they'll let anyone buy a ticket, because you're just a bar code. Of course, there are follow up emails, but during an event is the next big chunk. It's fundamentally different.

Klaus and Steve thought Andy was a great entrepreneur and it was a good idea, and seeded it. It's like email, no doubt about it--this is not a lot of technology, rocket science, or atom splitting.
