Here’s what I recommend: Create a Google spreadsheet listing your top customer prospects, biz dev prospects and other companies you would like to meet. I also think it’s a good idea to have a competitor matrix that shows your key competitors and how you feel you stack against them +/-. They don’t do this on purpose.
