Westlake Village-based Zumbox , the digital postal delivery service headed by John Payne, announced this morning that it has scored a licensing deal with New Zealand Post. Zumbox said that the postal service has licensed its platform to develop market offerings to provide mailers and consumers a way to digitally deliver and store postal mail.
