Most social networking sites have a problem with having lots of pageviews, but advertising that isn't very valuable.

Another topic we debated early in the program was “lean startup” vs. “ fat startup ” where we both took the obvious hedge and said “it depends.” But truthfully both Dana and I are more aligned with the lean startup principles and believe you only go FAT when you’ve really proved out your product / market fit. Time will tell.

I was skeptical and had a lot of issues with giving up control of my inbox, but I’m hooked now. Note: the tilda “~” is there so that when sorted alphabetically, these folders always show up at the top. Start every to do with an “action” word (hence the name, read their best practices) . It works amazing well. Tips: Trust it.
