Jim Franklin: Sendgrid is a cloud-based email service. Explain why someone would use your service, rather than set up your own email servers? They've talked about this in their book, Do More Faster, where they talk about a variety of web services, including Sendgrid. What is Sendgrid? The best way to describe this is by example.
