Cornerstone OnDemand Files For IPO

In what looks to be a banner year for IPO filings for Southern California, Santa Monica-based Cornerstone OnDemand filed for an IPO this morning, saying that it is looking to raise up to $115M in an IPO. According to the S-1, the firm had a net loss of $8.3M The firm has not yet specified an exchange it plans to list on.

Los Angeles-based RealD , the provider of 3D movie projection technology, has reported its quarterly results today, saying it had net revenues of $65.3M For the six months ending September 24th, the firm's first half fiscal 2011, the firm had net revenues of $129.8M, more than double the $64.2M for its quarter ended September 24, 2010.

In the latest Southern California firm to target the public markets, Inphi Corp. , In its S-1, the firm said it had net income of $7.3M for the year ended December 31, 2009.
