Exec Summary: Most companies (98+%) in the world (even tech startups) should be very profit focused. Gross Profit (also called Gross Margin or sometimes “Net Revenue”). And assuming they both had the same net profit margins (profit / revenue) then the former company would be much better off at the end of the year.

It would not be a big stretch to image a well run service business like this making 15-25% net profit margins. You struggle to get advertisers to pay your CPM rates and get your page clicks up in a business where you become a near commodity to ever other website out there. That is $12 million in profits over 3 years.
