MindTouch Picks Up $12M For Customer Self Service Software

San Diego-based MindTouch , a developer of software-as-a-service tools to help companies create self-service, customer support sites, has raised $12M in a Series A funding. The funding came from PeakSpan Capital, along with SK Ventures and SAP SE. The company's clients include Whirlpool, Zuora, Docker, MakerBOt, Remington, and many others.
