DONE Ventures Gets Trial Date In NBC Suit

James Otero has set a trial date of December 13, 2011. Padnos sold BetterPPC in September of 2008 to Tsavo Media, the startup which was started by current MySpace president Michael Jones. sued NBC Universal after it agreed to buy the domains for $1M via Sedo, but NBC pulled out of the deal.
