I had suppressed much of what happened prior to and after that day, June 25, 2012. In 2010, after my 5th talk, USC Marshall School produced a case study about the customer centricity offered by the company. It’s been 10 months and I really need to move on. Make It Work was a truly remarkable company in its day.
