Hunt – who at the time, had no real regional competitive advantage. It’s the Moneyball approach to economic development, and it’s effective.

We're working on bringing our back catalog to the free-to-play model as much as possible, which is one of our strategies for growth in 2013. That said, it's sometimes difficult to compete against better funded competitors. They and Research In Motion just haven't been able to attract developers to their platforms.
