Urban Airship , a startup which develops mobile analytics and engagement software, said today that it has named two executives--both of whom have had prominent roles at Santa Barbara area technology companies. The company--based in Portland--said it named Scott Allen as its CFO, and Eric Holmen as its SVP of Worldwide Sales.
