Los Angeles-based Live Nation Entertainment said today that Ticketmaster , the firm's ticking division, has agreed to acquire Spanish ticket retailer ServiCaixa. Ticketmaster is buying ServiCaixa from Spanish financial firm "la Caixa". Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

According to the two, they have created a new joint venture called GrouponLive focused on new online ticketing deals. Financial details of the joint venture were not disclosed by the firms.
