Newport Beach-based SignNow , a developer of mobile signature capture and document storage services, has been acquired by Barracuda Networks. SignNow was venture backed by Khosla Ventures and the Tech Coast Angels. The company raised $2M in funding back in March of 2012. SignNow was headed by Chris Hawkins.
