In 2012, we decided to pivot again, aiming at the same group of consumers, turning into Cheers, a positive social network, kind of the opposite of gripe. We had all been talking about how this object in the middle of a social network was being very important, with Gripe and Cheer built around those objects. So, that didn't scale well.
