San Diego-based ecoATM , the startup led by Tom Tullie which develops kiosks for recycling used mobile phones, MP3 players, and tablets, reported yesterday that it has now recycled more than one million electronic devices. San Diego-based startup EcoATM , the developer of automated kiosks used for recycling cell phones and other electronics, has been acquired by newly renamed Coinstar (now known as Outerwall). According to Outerwall, it will pay $350M in cash for EcoATM. Outerwall already owned 23 percent of ecoATM. Outerwall already owned 23 percent of ecoATM.

Claremont-based oral health startup Prisyna , which recently raised $6M, has named Robert Riggs as its Director of Marketing. Riggs previously was at Blu Theory Solutions, and also served at Nobel Biocare North America, Oralogix Corporation, and ESPE America. Prisyna operates as a unit of Synedgen.
