Apture announced the acquisition on its website Thursday, but did not disclose any financial details of the buy. Clearstone was involved in Apture's Series A in March of 2009.

I sure hope that Apple is working with Google to make this work. Thus we see lots of movement from Google, Verizon, HTC, Dell, HP and others.
