I pointed to several Economist articles I had read that mapped historical prices of real estate for 400 years and how on average property values grow at no more 1.5% above inflation yet in many markets in the US & Europe prices were rising at 10-25% per year. Logic tells me the following: It is hard to make money angel investing.

TechForward Wins Lawsuit Against Best Buy

Los Angeles-based TechForward , the provider of guaranteed buyback plans for electronics which was founded by Jade Van Doren and Marc Lebovitz, has just won a $27M lawsuit it filed against Best Buy. TechForward was venture backed by New Enterprise Associates and First Round Capital, and had initially launched its services in 2007.
