Agoura Hills-based wired and wireless gateway developer Nomadix said today that it has settled a patent infringement case it had filed against Aruba Networks. Nomadix said the settlement included a license to Aruba of its patent portfolio covering Internet access technology. The company said this lawsuit had been filed in the U.S.

Irvine-based Netlist , a designer of memory subsystems, said this morning that it has scored a win over high speed semiconductor maker Inphi , after a court dismissed a patent infringement lawsuit against the company. Netlist said it would "continue to aggressively defend our patent rights" in the other case.
