Agoura Hills-based Nomadix said today that it has settled a patent infringement case it had filed against HP , covering the Nomadix patent portfolio. According to Nomadix, the settlement includes a license to HP for key portions of its patent portfolio. Financial terms of the settlement were not disclosed. Superclick, Inc.

Agoura Hills-based wired and wireless gateway developer Nomadix said today that it has settled a patent infringement case it had filed against Aruba Networks. Nomadix said the settlement included a license to Aruba of its patent portfolio covering Internet access technology. Nomadix is a subsidiary of DOCOMO interTouch.
